I do. It's called "medical textbook syndrome" and in this case results from the ready availability of information on the Web, accessible via search engines, which is in general, a Good Thing.
Medical students (and doctors ;-) frequently suffer this syndrome, suspecting that their common symptoms result from a rare, but nasty disease. Obviously, the rare conditions must be treated in depth in textbooks so that doctors can understand their treatment and more particularly, on the offchance that if and when they encounter them, will be alert to recognise them so they are treated promptly.
