Medical question: If there is a bump on glans,would people with phimosis feel it if they can't retract foreskin. If it is malignant does it always spread on the other part of the penis(stageII, stageIII, stageIV)? Does it show symptoms on other parts of the penis if the cancer is spread or does penis just goes on with cancer showing no signs and then penis die?
