Which problem??? and is it one??

Many Thanks to Paul B, and others.... But I'm not quite sure what my problem is, or if indeed I can stay as I am and there isn't one!!!

facts:-
I cannot retract foreskin when faccid or erect.
I can't find any trace of a Phimotic ring.
As per Paul B's advice, I've held the foreskin closed when pissing, and the whole thing baloons up, top, sides and bottom, all the way to the back of the glans. I presume this means no adhesions.
When flaccid I can Squeeeeeeze some of the head of the penis through the foreskin and I see the frenulum.
However, is it safe to leave half my glans in this state, Squeezed by the foreskin. If its safe to do this all day, this would be an ideal way to keep the foreskin stretched, with minimal discomfort.
Also, since I have been stretching (with marginal results) 2 small, but hard white lumps have appeared on my Frenulum, along with one at the tip of the upper opening of the foreskin... presumably these are some kind of scarring???
again, any input/insight greatly appreciated....
I am still not sure of the nature of my "Problem", if indeed it is one... I think it would just be nice to be able to retract, although I have no major problems at present if I cant!!!!
