Trauma whilst stretching

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what! The usual situation of fracture of the corpora cavernosa relates to forcible bending whilst erect, notably with a lady doing a frontal "piggy-back", losing grip and falling. I must assume yours was far more minor that this (which is pretty permanent), perhaps just a small part inside your glans and thus will come good!

Bruising/ haematoma, presumably.

I would not exactly call it a priapism, as it would not actually have been erect afterward (would it?).
