Glans-phimosis

I am able to retract some of the foreskin so I can see part od the glans. When I shower with warm strong fluence my glans hurts(I don' know if that is exact word-maybe oversensitive) especially at the place where urin comes out,so I have to pull fluence away after few moments. When I decrease fluence the pain decreases also.
Is this thing a problem or is it just that glans is so sensitive that you feel
hurt? Does your glans have the same problem?
Is it dangerous to hold strong fluence on your glans-can there be any problems?
