As an answer to: Redness on urethral opening(meatal lips)? written by Andrew at 09 Oct 2001 11:54:57:

You're a bit behind then. Get going on the stretching exercises.
> Condition: redness on both sides of urethral opening,
Like this perhaps?

Then one wonders, why all the questions?
> 2.Could this happened due to long year urinating with unretracted phimosis and/or not cleaning that area
Could what happen? You haven't described anything happening yet, other than the fact that you've only just started to look at your urethral opening.
> are these two things dangerous and can they lead to cancer?
What two things? You have a urethral opening which has two lips to it. You have described nothing whatsoever out of the ordinary. What is dangerous about having a normal urethral opening? Why are you asking these questions and why would you ask about cancer?
> 3.Do you clean your urethral opening and how?
The standard method is to pee through it.
The light dawns! I understand it now. What have you been doing that is making you feel guilty?
