If you read the base page you will see that this series of pictures is of absolutely normal penes (penises if you like).

No treatment needed, no treatment possible, nothing to treat. No cancer, no infection, no irritation.
Read up widely on the two sites. Read everything about stretching your foreskin and see how it relates to you. In summary, you can have sex (I'm sure you do already, even if it is just masturbation) without pulling it back, but it's going to be nicer if you can get it to slip back and forward easily for various kinds of sex.
