It is very difficult to tell from the pics. but I would agree with Paul B. Stretching should be your first option. Do goto your doctor and discuss your condition with him/her and ask them for one of the "creams" that has been talked about on this forum. If the stretching fails then consider other options. Please be careful listening (or reading) advise from this forum. The quality of the posts and replys from certain participants is questionable. Its hard to determine what is good and what is bad advise.
