When anyone asks this question, I always have to remark - you haven't yet any experience of girls, have you? Are you aware of their anatomy, or have you actually looked at a girl's vulva close up?
Basically, when they pee, a large area of the labia (lips) gets urine all over it. Some shake, some blot, some just leave it. Some lucky ones wash it (bidet or shower) and even dry it with a blow-dryer, which is probably the best way if they have problems. Nevertheless, most do not have problems, even if they leave it damp (with urine).
Strictly speaking, the most "natural" and healthy way is to wear no underwear (and no clothes covering) which is a possibility for girls/ women wearing dresses, but the only thing that is really likely to cause trouble is wiping too much.
