Frenuloplasty

I am due to have a frenuloplasty very soon and would like to know if this is going to cure the problem of my tight foreskin i always thought the frenulum was tight but it has never ripped during sex i thought at first all i had was phimosis but i now know that i have frenulum breve i can retract my foreskin when flaccid no problem but when erect no chance will this operation enable me to retract fully afterwards?
