Suggestions for stretching the breve

Hi there, great site, vert informative and reassuring. My question relates to techniques to stretch a frenulum, if you have a breve like I do. There seems to be many articles on phimosis stretching techniques but none on frenulum breave. My techniques involves getting an erection whilst in the tub, retracting the forskin and pushing the head back up to a position where it is inline with the shaft, are there any other ways?

Also I was wondering if the betamethasone style creams would be safe/of any use for a frenulum breve?

On the topic of betametasone style creams, wouldnt it also afect any skin that the forskin (in the case of philmosis) comes in contact with? ie the glans?
