You MUST be very careful when stretching the frenulum. There have been instances (on this forum) where advice has been given on how to do this and has led to additional complications. Unfortunately, from my own experience and from what I have read online of other's accounts, the stretching of the frenulum does not neccessarily mean a permenant resolution to the problem. For example, one account from a man who had a tight frenulum complained that after two weeks of not stretching the frenulum settled back into it's prior state.
I'd suggest asking your Doctor to refer you to a specialist. They, in turn, will be able to advise if the creams, combined with the stretching practices, could work in your case.
