Jims right theres no need to panic, Dont let too much information terrorise you.
I think The first thing you should do is talk to your parents and find out what was done to you when you were 3 or 4. I know it can be difficult to talk to your parents about an embarrasing subject but it is important, and remember you parents love you and arent going to be anything but suportive. A visit to a urologist might also be a good idea, however depending on where you live you might have a hard time finding a doctor that is "foreskin friendly" Before commiting to any surgery I would also suggest that you follow jims advice again and try stretching (you can try some of the creams talked about in the forum). If the stretching doesnt work there a surgical options.
