Under absolutely normal conditions, your foreskin should go in both directions without a hitch while erect or flaccid. Just try stretching it a little each day at shower time when the skin is most flexible. One way to get maximum results from your efforts is to hold the stretch with a device that you can fashion with your imagination. Use something which puts a tug on the opening, but won't cause it to hurt. Make sure the edges of the device are smooth and unbreakable. Perhaps something like the spool that comes with common sewing thread might work. You could grind down the ridge on one end in order to accommodate the skin's going over the edge. As long as nothing hurts, you'll get results and quickly. The trick to success is not quitting as soon as the skin is able to move the way you want it. The skin will have some minor seperations between cells that will need to have new cells fill in. These new cells need time to grow, so if you don't allow that time, the skin will eventually just go back to where it was when you started. This is the prime reason why those who claim stretching doesn't work have the lack of success that they claim. They just didn't do it long enough.
