Thx very much for taking the time to answer. I had a little "look around" in the shower just then, and when wet i can just about pull the skin all the way back, although it is pretty tight. I now believe that it is the frenulum as this is where it is tightest, and when i pull against the resistance the head dips down as the frenulum is pullin it, so i've more or less ruled out philosis (SP!!!). Do u think this is nething to worry about as i can almost retract it fully, or should i just except i've got a shorter than normal frenulum and forget about it?
