Guys

Calm down, no need to get so overprotective. I don't have any problems with my foreskin nowadays. That's all stretched and taken care of. I was merely speculating that my problems in the past has been caused by having had antibiotic-induced candida, making my foreskin and meatus sore, hence making me unwilling to indulge in the usual adolescent stretching. I'm off to see my doctor next week to see if there's any pesky candida hanging about. And I had already thought to be tested for diabetes, and glandular fever. It might be that, given that my energy levels seem to fluctuate during the course of the day. And there's no harm in giving up sugary puddings for a while, I could lose some flab around the midriff anyway.

Jim: I've been looking at candida diets on the Web, and most seem to say that having *some* fruit is OK. Clearly all fruit has some fructose in, but cutting out naturally-occurring sugars as well as processed ones - isn't that too much? Surely one does need fibre, vitamins & minerals too?

Cheers

Richard
