So often guys post some ridiculous name as if we were to know who they are anyway.Well, saw my GP this morning, she wasn't totally dismissive about candida but was reasoned in why the medical profession was sceptical about candida overgrowth. But I've had blood tests sent off for diabetes and anaemia, so we shall wait and see.
I've also switched from milk & cereal to grapefruit for breakfast and that certainly seems to have helped with alertness and general mood. I don't drink any milk otherwise.
