Not all PaulB. Why would someone who does not require circumcision want one? I suppose cosmetic reasons. I've read a couple of articles online wherein individuals have had a circ due the "improved" appearance etc. I'm not one to judge them though, if that's what they want to do, then that's their business. However, when it comes to medical reasons, I am totally for circumcisions where neccessary. If someone is in pain and their are ways to resolve that problem, then why not resolve them. Quite often forums concerning circumcision, people with anti-circ beliefs draw the comparison that you would not cut a toe off because of athlete's foot. Obviously that's correct but out of context when concerning circumcision. Phimosis, frenulum breve and other related conditions can cause people a lot more pain and further problems. A circumcision, a simple medical procedure, will resovle the problem. Why some people encourage others who are suffering not to have a circ simply because the idea makes them want to puke is beyond me. Especially when they appear not to have any frame of reference and/or apparent experience in the area.
