is a minor cut possible

im a young man and i can pull m skin back when stretched but there is a thin peice of skin attaching it the glans ive looked at sites recently and i havent yet heard of anyone having a minor slit to release the skin from the glans ive seen pictures of a dorsil slit and must say that i do not want to consider that as an option looking at it though in my case it would seem that a slight cut to realse the skin would do the trick, has any one ever had this done
