You have to get the image lodged on the net first, so it can be referenced by a URL, then you publish that URL in the box or otherwise. As far as I understand, this site does not offer to save pictures for you (because they pay for disk space on the server and pictures occupy a lot of space, even if it is getting cheaper all the time), so you'd have to go post it on someone else's site or Geocities or Yahoo or whoever offers free personal Web pages.
Maybe I'm wrong and you can submit pictures here somehow, or someone else who posts here will offer to host it for you.
