Frenuloplasty

I recently had a fenuloplasty done and its done the trick where my tight frenulum was concerned no more pain in that area..however my foreskin is still tight and even though i can now retract it when im erect (this was impossible before the op)i think it just needs stretching..what do you think? how long does stretching take? whats this cream bethasomething do? thanks for any advice
