but when you say "all the way back" do you mean you can expose the glans *fully*? A 'normal' foreskin should pull (gently!) right back so that the little circle of skin around the shaft below the glans is visible too.

Yep when flaccid it pulls right back with no problem revealing that bit but when im hard i seem to have a bit of skin that is 10mm from the top of the foreskin which is narrower than the top hence im getting the hourglass type effect when i pull it over the head all im really wondering is if this is ever gonna stretch because the rest of it seems to have..perhaps im a bit impatient ive only been doing it for 3 weeks!
