yup, your right I did not use a dilatation device. As I said earlier, I got some really bad advice at first. I was also told by a dr. that scar tissue wouldnt stretch (lots of bad advice). However, I did spend almost a year trying to stretch my foreskin before I did my dorsil slit. And Im very pleased with the result.
