Sure.
Actually, it happens I already have a heap of film canisters beside me and was a bit puzzled by that suggestion, but now I take a proper look at them, I realise they are the perfect size and shape (with a blunt/ flared end) for the application and would work quite well. Obviously if you cut open the base end (and preferably smooth the edge), you need not remove it to pee.
On the other hand, using, or having someone use a pair of scissors on your foreskin, now you think that is intelligent, eh?
