As for the performance anxiety that's understandble given the circumstances. Once this problem has been resolved and you are happy with the functioning of your penis you'll most likely be a lot more confident.

A quick, easy and permenant solution would be a circumcision (hehe - had to get that in to wind up that anti-circ people!).
