What to do(Please read)

I need some serious advise. I always thought my penis was strange due to the fact that my penis was always covered with skin and i knew that it shouldn't be like that but i just thought maybe its like that for some. But recently i've been getting really concerend about the fact that my foreskin doesn't get pulled back when i get an erection. My penis has a dolphin apperance with a little bit of skin appearing at the top. I've tried pulling the skin back while not in a erect state after masturbation and it was succesful. I tried it with an erect penis but it was difficult only revealing the top of my glands.
I don't know what to do. I'm thinking of going to see my doctor and i haven't told anyone.
WHat does it mean having this problem, does it cause difficulites in sex and in life.
I get no pain from masturbating and in fact i get no pain. It feels weird touching my glands is that because they become sensitive.
I really don't what to do.
