>I need some serious advise. I always thought my penis was strange due to the fact that my penis was always covered with skin and i knew that it shouldn't be like that but i just thought maybe its like that for some. But recently i've been getting really concerend about the fact that my foreskin doesn't get pulled back when i get an erection. My penis has a dolphin apperance with a little bit of skin appearing at the top. I've tried pulling the skin back while not in a erect state after masturbation and it was succesful. I tried it with an erect penis but it was difficult only revealing the top of my glands.

OK, first of all, you are not having pain. That's good. That would indicate that sex should not be a problem in your present condition. However, it might be more desirable if the skin were retractible. This can easily be accomplished by simple stretching exercises. Stretching will be the easiest when the skin is warm, so doing it at bathtime is usually the best. Just pull on the skin at the opening and try to make the opening larger. That's it. If anything hurts, back off on the tension. If you do this every day for ten minutes, in a couple of months your goal should be met. Once you are able to retract without difficulty, you must continue stretching for another several weeks to allow time for new skins cells to fill in the spaces created by stretching.
