Ok, there are two forms of stretching :) I've had to stretch to get the head to begin moving out of the foreskin, but now this little peice of skin is stopping me from going any further, because the head is attached to it...

I want to clean it because I've read if you don't clean it, you can get an infection. It doesn't have to be cleaned? This is a whole new "thing" for me, so when I read things like "You must clean it or you can get an infection" I get worried and try to clean it :)
