Im facing the same problem you are, ive had this for about 5 years from now and have yet to go to one doctors appointment about it. I fear embarrasment if i would go once but then again my penis look very bad at the moment. I have posted here befoe and I would like to give you advice on your situation, by the way if anyone can give me advice about how to fight this fear to tell your parents and your doctor w/o being embarassed please do tell. Moving on, Mark, this so called "this particular peice of skin", I have the same thing and it bleeds as well when I masterbait, I cannot even get the head past the foreskin, but anways this piece of skin is your frenelum and it is too short if its limiting the head its room. This is called frenelum breve just to let you know. Ive heard you need to go trough a dorsal slit, any other suggestions from anyone else would be great, thank.
