First, slow down on the action and give it time to heal. Stretching does help, but it doesn't sound like you have much patience, which is what you'd need to get it done. The next best thing to do is using a steroidal preparation your doctor can arrange for you to get. It's applied to the tight places and will help them to stretch big enough for passage. You may have already injured the frenulum to the point that stretching could be difficult. One of the members here could tell you about a minor snip that may alliviate the tension. I'd try the cream first though.

For some, the tearing of the frenulum just as you are doing is all it takes to solve the problem. It seems to be nature's answer, although there is some risk of infection or scarring.

Retracting your foreskin regularly and often is the key to keepin everything in working order. Pull it back several times a day and keep the tension on it.
