It sounds like you're being way too rough with yourself. It could be that your frenulum is just too short, and you do need to see a doctor. If you're bleeding regularly, I certainly recommend that you do so.
But first of all, let things heal. That might take a little while. But once the tissue has healed, try stretching in situations where you're not masturbating. Like in the bath, when your skin will be soft. That way it's much easier to control how far back you retract your foreskin, rather than getting carried away and hurting yourself. It takes patience and a positive attitude.
