Go and see your doctor you appear to have what i had and thats a bad case of frenulum breve and no ammount of stretching or ignoring it made mine go away.
what did was a painless 10 minute operation called a frenuloplasty which makes the frenulum less taut and enables the foreskin which has previously been held forward by the frenulum to retract,so please go and see your doctor its not as bad as you think they have seen it a lot more than anybody realises.
Its the best thing i ever did.
