Thanks to all for the variety of responses I have recieved today and so far I have concluded the fact that I should check with the doctor and either ask him for a streoid cream to enhance the strecthing or to do the dorsal slit, which others have referred me to in the reply, to ease tension b/w the foreskin and glans?
