pinhole phimosis and stretching

hi i have been stretching my foreskin for over a month now, with a small amount or progress.

I was origially extremely tight and so have to insert objects into the foreskin. I use some smooth pieces of plastic the same dianmeter as a pencil. When i started 2 were a real squeeze, now I can fit 3 in quite easily. If I keep going at the current rate I will be able to retract in a year. Sigh!

If any one does try a similar technique I suggest they stretch until it hurts, but not so it is agony - such pain usually means tearing is occuring. However, I think some tiny tears r almost certianly inevitable but they do disappear.

I would appreciate any comments from others who have cured pinhole phimosis.
