Many have, but I can't speak for myself. Richard, however, posts here and recently described his experience with that problem, which is why I say, read all the posts before you post a new question!

Could I damage anything?I would suggest that as long as you are confident you can always get it forward again, that this is a perfect means of making it stretch - granted that you do it often. The only danger is a situation where it is not only stuck behind the glans but starts to swell so that you cannot pull it forward again. But this is relative - you can pull it forward if you are determined (squeeze the glans for a while, then pull the skin just behind the tight part, firmly forward, even if uncomfortable). As long as you check you can pull it forward whenever necessary, the force of an erection will be perfect for stretching and will do no damage.

And I venture to say that it would do so surprisingly quickly. It may take longer to stretch it to the extent that it does not distort the penis' shape, but the discomfort would be less each time until there is none. If you do it often.
