>I think I'd better put down a few notes on stretching my frenulum. Bear in mind that this is just my experience, this is not trained medical advice, and even if it's worked for me, it may not work for you. If you have serious frenulum breve, then you may need surgery. I'm not in a position to judge. But I hope it does help.
>When you're in the bath, retract your foreskin as far as it goes without hurting. Then make your right hand as if it's picking up a pencil, and hold the glans with the thumb and first two fingers. Put the thumb on the side nearest your belly, and the fingertips of your first two fingers either side of the frenulum. Then with your left hand use your thumb and first finger to hold the foreskin about halfway down the shaft, and GENTLY retract it a bit further until it takes the strain. Then hold for as long as is comfortable. You can count up to 600 or as long as you have patience. If it hurts, stop. Over time you should be able to get it further and further back. Bear in mind that if you stop doing it for a couple of days, you'll regress and have to start again. You can swap hands to ensure even strain.
>Personally I think this is better than trying to do it by masturbating. If you're thinking sexy thoughts it seems to me it's all too easy to get carried away and hurt yourself. Be careful. Like I said, this may not work for everyone.

>P.S. I hope my description is clear. I don't have a digital camera and I'm not about to go into a public internet cafe and scan in a photo to show you all! We're not discussing brain surgery here, nor are we discussing medical emergencies or life-threatening situations, so what's the worry about medical advice? The exercises you are describing are time-proven ancient methods which wer in use before modern medicine or lawyers.
