>ThanksYes, normally. The skin in an intact person is fairly snug, usually coming to a point of sorts at the opening which is ordinarily much smaller than the glans inside. On the bottom side, inside, you should see a connecting piece of tissue which goes from the glans to the skin, and upon retraction stretches. If that is more or less what you are seeing, you are intact.
