tight 4skin

i also have 4skin that is tight during an erection in which if sexual activity isnt happening, the 4skin doesa not go past the middle of the glans. If sexual activity is occuring, then i have a lubrication from under the 4skin that helps easy the discomfort during intercourse. This tightening and feeling of discomfort has been more noticable over the past 6 or seven years with now, the discomfort level is just plain painful. I have seen a urologist who recomended a horizontal incision to the skin just under the glans as it appearently is connected to the glans to far forward and it causing the tightness at the tip of the 4skin...i have elected to do this operation but still would like to hear from someone who has had the proceedure..questions i have are like..how much pain involved..is there stich riping during erections at night? How long to heal and what care is needed...and how long to heal and sexuall activity starts..Thanks
