AJ, it is you that create the disharmony here with your insistance that surgery is a solution for simple situations that can be alliviated through stretching or other non-invasive procedures. What is truly inappropriate is suggesting that others follow your lead in having themselves mutilated. Your thinking is quite out-of-line with contemporary mainstream medical thinking in the world.

It is time for you to get off your high-horse and settle down to learn rather than continuing to fight conservative advice which has the proof of centuries of use.
