I have never said and never believed that circumcision is the only solution, merely that it is an effective and safe treatment of conditions of which some cannot always be otherwise solved through other "more conservative" methods.

It's this kind of presumption that you make on my behalf of myself that I find annoying and feel obliged to put you straight on.
