dermatologists are better then urologists 4/phimosis

Ive recently received a few emails from people asking my about my phimosis and I thought it was time to share what I have learned. I found that in my experiance most urologists in the U.S. (at least in new york that ive delt with) are not foreskin friendly. And if you are trying to avoid surgery you are much more likely to get help from a dermatologist then a urologist. The dematologist will be more prone to treat the skin and try to help you resolve the problem w/steriods etc. then have the skin cut off.
Now, this is my view. If anyone has any thoughts on this that are not flames I encourange you to share your views.
