>>Thanks for the advice. It feels weird mentally wanting to retract my foreskin because i've always had it covering my glands. When i do it looks weird as if i am not looking at my own penis. Is it ok that my glands are extrmemly sensitive which once touched seem painful.
>Actually, what you are experiencing is quite normal. It will calm down to common touch with exposure. The nerves in the glans have the ability to respond to the type of touch they are receiving. During everyday tasks of urinating and cleaning, eventually there will be no erotic stimulation. On the other hand, when the time comes for more "interesting" handling, those same nerves will know how to react. The glans reacts a lot like the earlobes.
>In order to help the procedure of tempering the sensitivity, it would be a good idea to retract as far as possible every time you pee, in addition to the stretching exercises.

Jay i have the exact same thing as you have, and i am getting concerned about it. I also experiance absolutely no pain at all when my penis is erect, but my head is completely covered with skin and will not strech back. I will begin stretching exercise today and see if i can get going anywhere, but I was wondering, is it really necessary to stretch the skin back to enjoy sex? I mean if i feel no pain when my penis is erect or during masterbation, is it really neccessary to do anything at all? Anyone who can help please let me know
