>True. The clue would appear to be continuous pressure. As this applies to the foreskin, the concept of an "appliance", essentially worn continuously in the preputial opening would seem to be the ultimate. Obviously you didn't try that approach - it seems to be a very recent addition to the discussion, and I suspect will prove to be one of those serendipitous ideas (for which I claim no credit for originality) that suddenly blossom.

the dermatolgist didnt think that it was bxo (but he didnt see it when it first started) He said it looked like an alergic reaction (soaps, perfume, etc.)

As for the stretching I never thought of using a "device". Hindsight is 20/20
