>>>Thanks for the advice. It feels weird mentally wanting to retract my foreskin because i've always had it covering my glands. When i do it looks weird as if i am not looking at my own penis. Is it ok that my glands are extrmemly sensitive which once touched seem painful.
>>Actually, what you are experiencing is quite normal. It will calm down to common touch with exposure. The nerves in the glans have the ability to respond to the type of touch they are receiving. During everyday tasks of urinating and cleaning, eventually there will be no erotic stimulation. On the other hand, when the time comes for more "interesting" handling, those same nerves will know how to react. The glans reacts a lot like the earlobes.
>>In order to help the procedure of tempering the sensitivity, it would be a good idea to retract as far as possible every time you pee, in addition to the stretching exercises.
>Jay i have the exact same thing as you have, and i am getting concerned about it. I also experiance absolutely no pain at all when my penis is erect, but my head is completely covered with skin and will not strech back. I will begin stretching exercise today and see if i can get going anywhere, but I was wondering, is it really necessary to stretch the skin back to enjoy sex? I mean if i feel no pain when my penis is erect or during masterbation, is it really neccessary to do anything at all? Anyone who can help please let me knowIn my experience, yes you do need to have a flexible foreskin to be able to have sex without a condom. Can we ask if you retract the foreskin when you masturbate? If you try it you will quite likely find you'll hurt yourself, so be very careful. When one has sex as an uncircumcised man, the foreskin should glide back and forth without discomfort let alone pain.
This is one of those really rather crucial little details that no-one teaches in sex education classes but which can lead to debilitating worrying. The obvious example is penis size (am I too big? am I too small? will the girls like it? to quote a famous film) but there are lots of little things I wish I hadn't had to find out for myself, like it's normal for one testicle to hang lower than the other, wet dreams are nothing to worry about, sebaceous cysts are harmless and are not the same as genital warts etc etc. It would help a lot of teenagers to be told this kind of stuff in addition to the layout of the fallopian tubes and the biochemistry of fertilisation...
