From my experience and knowledge on the subject of stretching, I'd like to add my proverbial two cents: It works somtimes. Other times it doesn't.

Obviously though it's initially more preferable to getting a circ in some instances. However, it should also be noted that there are different type of surgery which can solve the problem and perhaps give you results (and functionality) that you may or may not find satisfactory. There's a full circ wherein the foreskin is snipped so it sits permenantly behind the head. Partial circ (what I have) wherein the foreskin covers some of the head. Then there's the Dorsal Slit which is a related type of surgery which can relieve the problem. Read Spyro's post below for more information on that.

I'd certainly be inclined if I were you to do some research on the pros and cons of stretching - I believe there are some accounts on the site that hosts this forum.
