That is a fair point. However, consider that for someone with a long foreskin, a partial circumcision not only fixes the phimosis but also reconfigures the penis into something the onwer may prefer. Stretching will only solve the phimosis.
Women get cosmetic surgery all the time. What is wrong with men doing the same to improve the cosmetic and functional aspect of their most prized possession ?
If all foreskins were perfect and created equal, some would still want to change their foreskins
