Yep normal.

What I did which seemed to help is to fille a glass with ice and water and dip my penis in it for a few minutes (leave it up to you to figure out what position is best). retract the skin before doing this.

I also read somewhere (reference escapes me) that salt water helps reduce swelling through some form of osmosis. Not sure though if your scar would be happy with salt water, but you could try a bit of salt and increase it to see if it still feels ok.

Don't worry about the dick becoming a thermometer in cold icy water. It grows back afterwards !

QUESTION: was your penis bandaged with the remaining skin retracted or with the skin over head and scar between foreskin and glans ?
