If I understand you correctly, you are able to pull your foreskin right back when you have a stiffie but it only uncovers the knob and you are looking for it to lay flat back on the shaft.

In order to lay flat back, you would have to have a very long or loose frenulum which you don't seem to have. When you have penetrative sex, once your foreskin has slipped over the knob, how far further back it goes won't matter a bit so it appears as if you are in pretty good shape for sex and ready for some fun.

If the opening on your foreskin is still stretching a bit, be careful not to leave it back behind the knob after sex. but pull it immediately forward to its natural position covering the knob. Neglecting this whilst you and your lady continue to cuddle and play can cause some uncomfortable problems getting it forward again when you do get around to it.
