Jim, both of your answers in this thread have been absolutely superb and absolutely "on the nail".
Not only in regard to the use of ad-hoc Tissue Expansion Devices, but most certainly into AJ's anxious need for self-justification. His statement "Especially, as if they work, over an extended period of time, they might lead to an undesirable appearance" is particularly revealing of his thought processes - a functional foreskin represents an "undesirable appearance", eh?

How galling must it be to think that not just one, but many others might, and indeed, already have, achieved what he passed over for a simple lack of patience.

Yes. Ask him too, how many of these links he knows about. Some are of course, a bit dodgy (as happens on the Web), but how easily can he, or you, pick which?
