You still used wording to imply that your solution is garanteed to work, and that is what I was against.

I have no problem with someone who wishes to retain his foreskin. I have no problem with suggestion of stretching and use of steroid creams (I though it was a given that steroid creams alone would not magically solve the problem of a long tight foreskin since the later wouldn't even attempt to retract during erection and not get stretched by growing glans).

However, i have a problem with the suggestion that all foreskin problems can be solved by stretching/creams. There are conditions where stretching will only temporarily solve the problem and the foreskin will eventuall become tight again (due to scarring or lichen sclerosis for instance).


When someone comes here for advise, you have not seen the person's foreskin, so you should not be able to garantee that your solution will work. You should only suggest to start with stretching for X period of time and if that doesn't work, then consider surgical solution.
